Need to return or exchange an item? We accept all merchandise that has not been worn and still has the tag attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were ordered more than 30 days ago, sorry! We’ll do our best to make sure you are happy and get the heavenly experience you deserve. Please understand that each return or exchange is dealt with on an individual basis and in rare situations that restocking fees and charges might apply. PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

– If an item is sent back with a return form and does not have a tag, was worn, or placed over 30 days ago we will not issue a refund and we will not send the item back.

-We will also not except returns on any open supplements.

-If any products cause a medical reation, they may be returned before 90 days.

-Damaged products may be replaced if photographic evidence of damage is provided.

-If a product is sealed, it may be returned for a refund or exchange before 90 days. Certain Exceptions apply.

-We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items and will not refund or reship any orders lost or stolen. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier indicated on your shipping confirmation and file a claim.
